Role: Principal Specialist- Curriculum Design & Capacity Building- Vocational Education, Remote Experience: 12+ years Salary: Upto 14-16 LPA About the role: Organisation work in vocational education is evolving. Alongside our existing focus on secondary and senior secondary grades, we are now beginning an exploratory collaboration with state governments to work with students in Grades 6–8. This work aims to meaningfully integrate government-mandated vocational education with org's Mindsets and Competency Framework. This is an early-stage experiment focused on discovering synergies between skills and mindsets, and reimagining vocational learning as experiential, contextual, and rooted in real school realities. The role is suited for individuals excited to build something new, work closely with government systems, and shape the direction of a growing initiative in its formative stages. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop vocational education content for Grades 6–8, in alignment with existing guidelines and frameworks. Translate given objectives, mandates, and pedagogical directions into clear, structured, and age-appropriate learning content. Ensure coherence, progression, and quality across lessons, units, and modules. Follow established processes, templates, and review cycles to ensure consistency and quality of content.
