Engagement Manager, Eightfold

Job Description: The Engagement Manager, Eightfold is responsible for leading successful client engagements across The Groove’s growing Eightfold practice. This role serves as a primary point of contact for clients and is accountable for overall project delivery, including scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks, quality, and client satisfaction. The Engagement Manager works closely with Eightfold consultants, technical resources, client stakeholders, and The Groove leadership to ensure projects are well planned, effectively governed, and delivered in alignment with client objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Eightfold implementation and consulting engagements from project initiation through deployment and stabilization. Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact and build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders and project leadership. Own overall project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, resource planning, risks, issues, dependencies, and quality. Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, governance materials, RAID logs, financial tracking, and other project documentation. Facilitate project kickoff meetings, status meetings, steering committee discussions, and other client governance activities. Partner with functional and technical team members to establish project priorities, coordinate activities, and ensure successful execution.
