LX Senior Content Quality Specialist

About the Role Are you a systems-thinking learning leader who thrives at the intersection of Agile operations, enterprise product delivery, and technical eLearning strategy? GP Strategies is seeking a Content Manager to orchestrate the lifecycle strategy, governance, and delivery of our GPiLEARN+™ content library. In this role, you will own the technical and content pipelines for a massive repository of 1,300+ technical and compliance training courses (covering Operations & Maintenance, mechanical, electrical, combined cycle, renewables, and reliability best practices) and 350+ OSHA Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) courses . You will lead a cross-functional pod to manage full content lifecycles, client development products, content updates and release cycles, quality assurance, content roadmap and vendor and reseller coordination. You will function as the primary matrix lead bridging the gap between business stakeholders, client executives, instructional designers, QA, editors, designers, engineers, and LMS administrators. Maintain regular communication with leadership, clients, SMEs, and technology teams. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Library Architecture: Lead annual content planning and capital expenditure budgeting for the library. Drive multi-year roadmaps to scale the 1,300+ course catalog , ensuring strict alignment with industrial, utility, and regulatory compliance standards (such as NERC and OSHA).
