Paralegal

Overview Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 States, has an immediate opening for an experienced Litigation Paralegal in its Carlsbad office. While prior experience as a litigation-focused paralegal is preferred, we welcome applicants of all experience levels to apply. There may be flexible options for successful candidates, including hybrid and remote opportunities. Qualifications: Experience in litigation support and case management. Ability to adapt to changes in work environment and manage multiple cases, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Experience drafting and organizing discovery – both written discovery and document production. Experience preparing for and assisting at trial. Familiarity with the State and Federal Rules of Civil Procedures. Experience with Summation Pro, Relativity, or comparable litigation support software. Excellent analytical and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail, organizational and technical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
