10x PeopleSoft Developer/Consultant v9.2 - Full Remote

Category: IT Services Location: Fort Western Province Sri Lanka For an international organization, we are urgently looking for a 10x PeopleSoft Developer - Full Remote with knowledge and experience with PeopleSoft v9.2. Candidates need to be fluent in English. All positions are long-term. This position is open for freelancers. Tasks and Responsibilities: Perform feasibility and impact analysis, architecture design, and development of tools and enhancements using advanced technologies and Oracle PeopleSoft system using 8.57; Improve scalability, speed, and performance of existing models; Create various documentation required as part of implementation; Design and build web services to integrate Oracle PeopleSoft with third party systems in real-time; Design, monitor, and enhance data conversion program; Produce various documentation required as part of implementation; Ability to meet the timelines set by the support centre on the Change requests raised; Prepare roll-out plan for the various development activities; Develop integration mechanisms between HR and other systems; Support migration plan and procedures; Prepare POC, feasibility study for new requirements; Peer review for new change requests; Profile: Bachelor or Master degree; 3+ years of technical development experience in PeopleSoft v9.x (v9.2 preferred) Human Capital Management modules, including LMS, Recruiting/TAM; 3+ years of experience in analysis, design, and development utilizing PeopleTools 8.5x technologies
