You know when a technical issue calls for the CEO's involvement, and you see that as good judgment, not a limitation. If you're ready for a role where your judgment, follow-through, and project ownership set the standard for the team around you, let's talk! You Value: Leadership, Predictability, Quality How you’ll spend your day: Leading small and midsize projects, and supporting the CEO on larger or more complex ones, from early design through construction administration Owning day-to-day communication with clients, consultants, contractors, CEO, and internal team, including updates, meeting recaps, decisions needed, and next steps Reviewing drawings, specifications, and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and constructability Directing full trade coordination across structural, MEP, civil, and other consultants Tracking schedules, budgets, consultant deliverables, and client decision points Managing construction administration, including RFIs, submittals,
