To structure and secure its sales pipeline, we are recruiting a Setter to join its sales team. In short: you qualify the company's inbound and outbound leads and book qualified appointments for the Closers to maintain a smooth and reliable sales pipeline across all our offerings. 🎯 Your responsibilities: As a Setter, you will be in charge of: Qualification and appointment setting: Quickly process inbound leads (Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, forms) as well as outbound leads from our database. Handle text-based setting in messaging apps (Instagram DMs, WhatsApp) and retrieve warm leads detected by the Social Media Strategist via a clear handover system. Qualify each lead according to our DHP (High-Performance Dialogue) framework: need, budget, timing, and decision-making capacity. Conduct the initial qualification call (R1) and then hand over a prepared appointment (R2) to the Closer. Book, confirm, and remind participants of appointments; manage follow-ups and no-shows.
