To support our growth, we are looking for a Freelance Recruiter to continuously feed our pipeline of qualified candidates, working in direct collaboration with the Recruitment Manager. Your role: source, pre-qualify, and evaluate top talent for our clients. If you are passionate about sourcing and talent hunting and want to join a rapidly structuring recruitment agency, this position is for you! 🎯 Your missions: Working closely with the Recruitment Manager, your responsibilities will include: Sourcing & Hunting You define and refine your hunting strategy (keywords, channels, targeting). You actively hunt for profiles on LinkedIn, our ATS, our candidate databases, and any other relevant channel. You draft and send outreach messages with both volume and quality, and you follow up on your outreach. You process incoming applications in our ATS daily. You proactively propose new channels: if hunting on existing tools does not yield expected results, you don't just note the roadblock, you actively propose new avenues (new networks, groups, communities, platforms, etc.)
