TITLE: DEALER PRODUCTION SPECIALIST – DEALER SERVICES STATUS: NON-EXEMPT REPORT TO: VP – DEALER SERVICES RELATIONSHIP AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT: RETAIL DEALER SERVICES PRODUCTION JOB CODE: 11971 PAY RANGE: $38.45 - $41.00/HR Eligible for Quarterly Incentives* GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Dealer Production Specialist (DPS) plays a critical role in supporting Golden 1 Credit Union’s indirect auto lending program by enhancing responsiveness, increasing funded-loan conversion rates, and improving communication between Lending Operations and Dealer Relationship Managers (DRMs). This position serves as an inside production resource focused on real-time pipeline management, approved/countered deal follow-up, and inactive dealer reactivation. The DPS bridges the gap between the field and internal operations—driving efficiency, speed, and improved dealer satisfaction. The DPS is responsible for ensuring timely dealer engagement following loan approvals, identifying funding obstacles, and coordinating resolution efforts. The role will contribute directly to funded-volume growth, dealer retention, and market share expansion within Golden 1’s indirect lending channel.
