THE ROLE The Director of Co-Manufacturing & Procurement is responsible for overseeing Glossier ’s purchasing strategy, vendor relationships, and supply chain operations to acquire goods and services cost-effectively. The Director of Co-Manufacturing & Procurement is both strategic and hands-on, with a direct impact on customer satisfaction, margin protection and commercial flexibility. This role works closely with finance, logistics, and commercial as a trusted, strategic partner enabling value and flexibility to support broader business goals.
