Role Overview: Could you be our next Scrum Master III ? Globe Life is looking for a Scrum Master III to join the team! In this role, you will be responsible for coaching multiple Scrum teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and improving sprint planning and delivery processes to help teams consistently deliver value. You will guide teams in adopting Agile principles and practices, remove obstacles that impact progress, and collaborate with Product Managers, stakeholders, and organizational leaders to strengthen team performance and support continuous improvement. This is a remote / work-from-home position. What You Will Do: Manage and support multiple Scrum teams simultaneously, ensuring effective coordination, alignment, and consistent Agile practices.
