About the role The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant designs, develops and supports CRM solutions that enable GRI teams to work effectively with business and customer information. The role translates business needs into scalable Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure-based solutions and contributes to the continuous improvement of GRI's digital capabilities. Working closely with business stakeholders and the IT team in the Netherlands, the role delivers reliable solutions, resolves production issues and supports users across the organization.
