Product Blending Manager

Job Summary: The Manager, Product Blending is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s refined product blending programs across the terminal network. This role provides technical and operational leadership for the development, implementation, optimization, and standardization of blending processes that support product quality, operational efficiency, customer requirements, regulatory compliance, and value creation.The Manager works closely with Terminal Operations, Supply & Trading, Commercial, Product Quality, Engineering, IT/Data Systems, EHS, and other cross-functional teams to ensure blending programs are designed and operated safely, reliably, and consistently.This role is responsible for developing blending strategies and procedures, supporting the implementation of blending systems and equipment, optimizing blend economics and operational performance, troubleshooting blending issues, and establishing standardized processes and controls across applicable terminals.
