Core Responsibilities Negotiation: Secure insurance recoveries and loss allocations directly from carriers and adjusters. Policy Mapping: Review legacy insurance policy documents to build coverage charts and track payments. Insurance Archaeology: Research and reconstruct historic multi-year corporate insurance programs. Claim Management: Own the end-to-end insurer communication workflow, including notice, tender, and cost-share agreements. REQUIRES: Experience: 5 to 10+ years evaluating coverage on multi-year claims at an insurer, law firm, or insurance archaeology firm . Core Skills: Long tail claim , Complex Liability Practice , Risk Management Solutions .
