ABB 's Analytical business line is looking for a Global Category Manager to own the EMS/PCBA category and shape its global direction. This is a senior individual contributor role with real ownership. You will consolidate the global strategy and supply base together with our factories, working across local, regional, and global teams to build a resilient, cost-optimized supply chain. The category is at a critical moment, and we need someone who can step in, build the plan, and deliver it. What you'll do: Develop and implement the global strategy for the EMS/PCBA category for the Analytical Business Line, including supplier footprint, risk mitigation, and cost optimization Lead sourcing strategies using the CIPS process, ensuring the supply base has the capability and capacity to meet current and future business requirements Negotiate agreements with key suppliers, renew price lists, and manage terms and conditions Manage procurement planning, budgets, savings forecasts, and cost-out programs to reach financial targets Identify, investigate, and select suppliers with focus on quality, delivery, cost, and
