About the Role This isn’t simply an entry-processing role. As a Trade Consultant, you’ll use your customs expertise to help clients solve complex trade challenges, identify compliance risks and opportunities, and make informed decisions. Reporting to the Director of US Trade Services, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, working directly with clients while also sharing your expertise with colleagues across GHY. You’ll have the opportunity to dig into the details, tackle challenging customs questions, and influence solutions that make a real difference for our clients. What You’ll Do Advise and consult. Guide clients through tariff classification, valuation, country of origin, free trade agreement qualification, and other complex customs matters. Navigate the complexities of CBP.
