They specialize in structural engineering, turnkey design and management of pre-engineered, prefab and modular building projects, and community housing solutions. They work closely with owners, architects, engineers, contractors and trade specialists to deliver projects quickly and creatively, from design through pre-construction. Why does this role exist? Our client is growing its design and pre-construction work and needs a dedicated coordinator to keep projects moving between owners, architects, engineers and design teams. You will be the main communication link between clients and design disciplines, making sure meetings run well, drawings and deliverables are reviewed, and timelines stay on track. Your work frees the team to focus on design and delivery while you keep everyone aligned. The Impact you’ll make Meeting Leadership Coordination Lead regularly scheduled Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings with clients Coordinate alignment meetings across architects, structural engineers and trade specialists Prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, and track action items through to completion Technical Drawing Deliverable Review Review architectural, structural and trade drawings and design deliverables Review and mark up drawings using Bluebeam Flag conflicts, gaps and missing information, and track revisions across disciplines Schedule Deli
