Automations Expert (N8N) - Full work from home; morning shift

REMOTE DAYSHIFT - AUTOMATIONS EXPERT Location: Remote, Philippines Reports to: CEO-Director Job Type: Full-time You will own the design, build, and maintenance of mission-critical automation pipelines across marketing, sales, and analytics systems in Getmycourse. Your work ensures data quality, reliability, observability, and end-to-end integrity across tools including GHL, Zoho CRM, Klaviyo, Instantly, LinkedIn/Meta, GA4/GTM, and data warehouses (Google Sheets / BigQuery). As our Automations expert, you will collaborate closely with Marketing, and the leadership team to ensure systems work seamlessly, errors are handled gracefully, and data is always “trustworthy.” Key Responsibilities Design and implement event-driven workflows / automations (e.g. form → webhook → n8n → Zoho API upsert → Slack alert). Own field mapping, payload contracts, schema versioning; maintain a “source of truth” (e.g. Google Sheets or data dictionary). Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, dashboards (success rates, latencies). Operate a CI-style promotion pipeline (dev → staging → prod) and maintain rollback / fallback strategies. Partner with Marketing, RevOps, and Engineering on tracking, pixel accuracy, attribution logic, and analytics. Ensure data consistency and integrity across tool boundaries (de-duplication, idempotency, retries).
