Geopixel is looking for a Real Estate Cadastre Specialist with solid functional experience and mastery of legislation applied to territorial management, who also has the ability to interact with technical teams, contributing to data modeling, solution definition, and structural decisions. This professional will be a reference in the Multifunctional Technical Cadastre (CTM) front, acting as a link between legislation, municipal processes, product, and development areas. We expect a profile with technical argumentation skills, a structured stance, clear communication, and a focus on results, maintaining a balanced, flexible, and solution-oriented posture. #jointheGEO Act as a functional reference in the Real Estate Cadastre / CTM front. Analyze and interpret urban, tax, and cadastre legislation applied to municipalities. Conduct requirement gathering and validation with clients (especially city halls). Translate legal and functional demands into structured requirements for technical teams. Support conceptual and logical data modeling (ERD), ensuring coherence with legislation and business rules. Participate in technical discussions with development regarding data structure, integrations, and systemic impacts. Evaluate the impacts of legal changes on the solution and propose adjustments.
