Technical Services Sr. Specialist (Michigan)

Role Overview ABS Global, a Genus company, has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Services Sr. Specialist (Michigan) to provide technical services to strategic accounts in alignment with the ABS global strategy (specific focus on the Strategic Account Segment). This role partners closely with commercial, genetic, and technical teams to improve customer performance, profitability, and long-term success. Success in this role requires strong dairy production knowledge, relationship-building skills, data analysis capabilities, and a passion for helping customers achieve operational excellence. Additionally, fluency in both English and Spanish is required, as this position regularly supports and collaborates with a diverse customer base and cross-functional teams across multiple regions. This position is remote based in Michigan, with approximately 50% travel throughout North America. Candidates residing elsewhere in the U.S. are welcome to apply but must be willing to relocate to Michigan. This opportunity is open to U.S.-based candidates only. The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $120,000 USD. The salary provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
