Executive summary The Software Solutions Specialist is a senior customer-facing role designed to bring deep North American LBM knowledge directly into GenetiQ implementation projects. This role is not a traditional implementation consultant position. It is a specialist role for someone who can lead from industry experience, challenge assumptions, guide customers through operational decisions, and ensure GenetiQ is implemented in a way that reflects how LBM businesses actually work. The Software Solutions Specialist will work across customer projects, delivery teams, product teams and development teams to accelerate adoption, reduce implementation risk, and influence product direction through real project experience.
