Litigation & Compliance Counsel

Location: Remote - US As Litigation and Compliance Counsel, you will play a key role in overseeing Genesys ’ worldwide litigation docket and strengthening the company’s global compliance program. You will work closely with a broad range of business teams, including finance, human resources, IT, product, and operations, to help resolve legal and regulatory issues that enable the business to scale and grow. This role requires a proactive and engaged approach, with the ability to work cross-functionally both internally and externally. You will provide strategic legal guidance across pre-litigation disputes and adversarial matters, while also supporting day-to-day legal risk assessment and compliance initiatives.
