As Director of Clinical Services, you'll provide strategic and professional leadership across our clinical services, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, clinical governance and operational performance. Working closely with senior leaders, Heads of Service and multidisciplinary teams, you'll drive clinical excellence, lead service transformation and support the development of innovative, sustainable models of care. What You'll Do: Provide visible, strategic and professional leadership to Heads of Service and clinical teams across GenesisCare UK. Drive continuous improvement in clinical quality, patient safety, governance and patient experience. Lead clinical service transformation, ensuring improvements are effectively implemented and embedded across our centres. Oversee clinical workforce planning, ensuring safe staffing levels, appropriate skill mix and effective deployment of resources.
