Program Integration Consultant

Job Summary: The Program Integration Consultant plays a pivotal role in overseeing the integration of various Business, Technical, and contractor staff activities. By ensuring seamless incorporation of new functions, policy updates, operational improvements, and system enhancements, this individual contributes to the efficiency and success of the healthcare program's ecosystem. With multiple releases occurring on independent schedules and supported by different sets of teams and ARTs, this lead coordinates system integration activities across a broad range of stakeholders . Additionally, this role involves creating and managing processes that help the client navigate issues, risks, and dependencies in line with the Program mission. Success in this position hinges on the ability to sometimes lead from behind while also steering efforts of multiple independent vendors to meet delivery objectives.
