Job Summary: As an IT Business Analystfor Genesis Consulting, you will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting data,identifyingtrends, and providing insights to support decision-makingand improve the effectiveness and efficiency of select programs.You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and propose solutions to address complex challenges in healthcare policy and administration. Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate and communicate withnumerousstakeholder teamsaround the delivery support of a core capability (policy or technology driven)in a dynamic, demanding, and fast-paced environment. Utilize strong consulting skills to successfully collaborate with Business Owners / IT Project Managers, Application Development Organizations (ADOs)and other systems organizations to ensure high quality delivery of application enhancements. Analyze datasets related to healthcareutilization, expenditures, quality measures, and other relevant metrics. Identifypatterns, trends, and anomalies to inform policy development and program evaluation. Translate business needs into clear and comprehensive requirements documents, user stories, and functional specifications.
