Product Manager (SubSub)

Hello! We are looking for a Product Manager to build a hypothesis pipeline, run A/B tests, improve onboarding and payment conversion to scale SubSub's digital products together with the team. SubSub is an official YouTube partner that helps media companies and creators scale, monetize content, and build sustainable businesses. We combine media expertise, in-house production, and powerful SaaS products. Our products: 📌 YouTube Analytics 360° - an analytical dashboard for deep market understanding, audience growth, and increased efficiency. 📌 Fan Funding - a monetization tool via subscriptions: publish exclusive content, engage your community, and generate stable revenue. 📌 Live will help stream created content 24/7 on YouTube and Facebook. You are business-oriented: you look at numbers, understand unit economics, and choose solutions that deliver tangible results. Your future tasks: Work with the complete user journey from sign up to payment: identify where value is lost and remove barriers (ICP/value prop/onboarding/pricing/quality). Define activation as value realization, build a funnel + leading/lagging metrics.
