GDIT is partnering with the Department of Veterans Affairs to modernize and secure enterprise systems supporting millions of Veterans. As the Transition Manager, you will lead all technical, operational, and programmatic activities for the Phase‑In period of the IOSS Application Services program. You will manage the smooth transfer of responsibilities, processes, tooling, documentation, and operational ownership across major service lines including Identity & Access Management, Cybersecurity, PKI, Web/Middleware, Application Virtualization, Printer Security, Database Administration, and Operations Control. You will
