CMSO has a mature agile practice using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and supports a broad range of complex business systems which are instrumental to the AOUSC mission. The Sr. Scrum Master will execute the following responsibilities: Establish goals and plans that meet Program Increment (PI) objectives. Coach technical teams and Product Owners basic to advanced Agile concepts including Epic and User Story creation, Scrum, and Kanban. Manage expectations with multiple Product Owners (PO). Interact in client negotiations and interfacing with senior management. Provide leadership on major tasks or technology assignments.
