The Database Analyst/ Administrator will execute the following responsibilities: Provides production support for mission‑critical database environments, including shift‑based coverage and on‑call support to ensure high availability and timely issue resolution. Monitors database performance, responds to incidents, troubleshoots production issues, and coordinates with development and operations teams to restore service quickly. Performs root‑cause analysis for production defects and contributes to long‑term stability improvements. Works within an Agile solution development environment with daily scrums, biweekly sprint planning and quarterly Program Increment planning. Develops operating standards and best practices, including performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
