ITALIAN VERSION CDP Venture Capital – together with Mutti, Sipcam Oxon, Crédit Agricole Italia, and GELLIFY – launches Novagria Ventures, the new venture builder dedicated to the Italian agri-food supply chain. 🎯 Goal: create up to 6 new startups in 3 years, mobilizing over 45 million euros in total investment to bridge digitization and sustainability gaps in the supply chain. 🚀 The Role: Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) — Future CTO We are looking for tech builders ready to become CTO & co-founder of one of the upcoming startups born within Novagria Ventures. As an EIR, you will be the tech engine of the future venture. You will start from a value proposition already pre-validated by the GELLIFY team and will be responsible for: Product & Tech Ownership Designing the solution architecture (including no-code/low-code in the initial phases) Coordinating MVP development with designers and developers Validating use cases, features, prototypes, and metrics Guiding the tech roadmap toward product-market fit Market Validation & Growth Testing MVPs and rapidly iterating on the product Supporting go-to-market, acquiring early users, and developing initial PoCs Identifying key metrics for PMF Fundraising & Leadership Contributing to seed round preparation Presenting the solution to investors and partners Building the future tech team (engineering, data, AI) Ultimate goal: become CTO & co-founder of the startup after the spin-off. 💡 Who we are looking for An entrepreneur with a
