Summary: Under minimal supervision, develops and maintains robust data solutions, reporting frameworks, dashboards, and visualizations that drive business insights and support strategic decision-making. Partners closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, governance teams, and technology partners to translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions. This role is responsible for leading complex analytical initiatives, overseeing data preparation and governance activities, developing reporting and modeling solutions, and identifying opportunities to improve business performance through data-driven decision making. The position supports a variety of business functions, including Underwriting, Claims, Marketing, Advertising, and Product Management.
