Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Billing & Revenue Operations Lead to oversee and continuously improve our billing and revenue operations. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines direct team management with active involvement in billing operations, complex reconciliations, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate is comfortable both leading a team and independently executing critical billing activities when needed. Beyond managing daily billing activities, this position will play a key role in strengthening internal controls, ensuring revenue accuracy and completeness, preventing revenue leakage, and driving process improvements and automation initiatives.
