Job Description Summary As the Sr Program Manager - Software Solutions & Business Process, you will lead global, cross-functional Supply Chain and manufacturing transformation for software, digital, and hybrid healthcare offerings. You will connect product strategy and New Product Introduction (NPI) to planning, manufacturing readiness, order management, fulfillment, installation, billing, service, and lifecycle execution. This is a business-led operating model and process role. You will define how work gets done across regions and functions, align physical product and digital fulfillment flows, and partner with technology teams as an enabler of scalable ERP and digital capabilities.
