As the Commercial Leader – Acute Care, Monitoring Systems & Anesthesia Germany, you will assume overall commercial responsibility for one of GE HealthCare's most strategically important growth segments in Germany. You will drive sustainable growth, strengthen our market position, and successfully develop the business further – in a dynamic and increasingly digitalized healthcare market. In this key role, you will combine strategic market and business development with operational excellence. You will lead a specialized sales team, develop high-performance go-to-market strategies, and further expand both direct and indirect sales channels. Together with customers, sales partners, and internal and external stakeholders, you will create sustainable value for hospitals, medical professionals, and patients. This position is home-based (flexible within Germany) with travel required throughout the country.
