Job Description Summary: Shape the future growth of our anesthesia business at GE HealthCare. As a Business Development Leader – Anesthesia Germany (m/f/d), you will assume a central role in the commercial advancement of our anesthesia business. You will drive growth, strengthen our competitive position, and support our sales organization in consistently translating strategic business opportunities into sustainable success. In this key role, you will combine business development, commercial excellence, and execution. You will work closely with the Commercial Leader Acute Care and the Segment Leader Anesthesia. Your focus will be on the anesthesia-specific growth agenda, strategic opportunities, commercial excellence, and consistent execution. This position can be performed flexibly from a location of your choice within Germany (home-based), naturally paired with regular travel customary for sales.
