Sr Product Manager - FMS

Job Description Summary The Connected Aircraft Navigation Systems Sr. Product Manager will lead the Flight Management Systems (FMS) product line within our Connected Aircraft portfolio. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, contracts, finance, marketing, and program management to define and execute product strategy, shape investment plans, capture customer needs, build differentiated solutions, and drive business growth. You will be responsible for developing product roadmaps, supporting new business opportunities, managing product development efforts, and delivering financial results for your product line. This role requires both strategic thinking and strong execution, with a focus on aligning customer needs, technology development, and business priorities. You will also partner closely with other product managers across the Connected Aircraft portfolio, helping balance priorities as proposal and program activity shifts across the team. One of the immediate priorities for this role will be supporting the Boeing 737 FMS update program. Note: The preferred location for this role is at the Grand Rapids, Michigan or Clearwater, FL, but remote work within the United States may be considered based on candidate qualifications.
