Senior HR Compliance Manager, EMENAT

Job Description Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Compliance Manager to implement and sustain a robust HR compliance program across the EMENAT region (Europe, Middle East, North Africa and Turkey). Reporting into the wider HR leadership team, you will ensure adherence to applicable employment laws, regulations and internal policies, while enabling safe, high-quality and timely business operations through compliant and efficient HR practices. In this role, you will lead risk assessments and audits, drive corrective actions through to completion, and partner with HR, Legal and business leaders to proactively manage compliance risk. As a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert, you will provide guidance that supports sound decision-making at all levels of the organisation. You will also manage and support employee investigations, including those that are complex in nature, ensuring they are handled fairly, consistently and in line with legal requirements. Beyond regional responsibilities, you will contribute to global projects and initiatives, with the opportunity to lead cross-functional and cross-regional programmes.
