Government Sales Director - Software

Job Description Summary GE Aerospace is seeking a Government Sales Director - Software to lead and expand our strategic relationship with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and associated partners. This is a highly visible commercial role focused on driving growth, developing new business opportunities, and increasing GE Aerospace ’s footprint across a portfolio of complex aviation software solutions, including software, digital products, technology-enabled offerings, consulting-led engagements, and development-based solutions. The Government Sales Director will own the overall account growth strategy and serve as the senior commercial leader responsible for business development, capture leadership, pipeline expansion, strategic relationship development, and deal closure. This role requires a proven seller who can identify mission-aligned opportunities, shape complex pursuits, and win business involving multi-element offerings that may include software platforms, technical services, consulting, integration, solution development, and other technology-driven capabilities.
