Senior Software Engineer

We are building a high-leverage internal systems layer powered by automation and AI—and this role is critical to that effort. This role owns the design, development, deployment, security, and maintenance of internal tools, automation systems, and AI-driven workflows. AI is expected to be a core part of how this work is done, from development and testing to deployment and ongoing improvement. It combines internal product development, platform engineering, DevOps, and applied AI systems to improve operational efficiency and scale business processes. You will also be responsible for the security, reliability, and integrity of these systems, ensuring safe handling of data, access, and system interactions across all automation and AI workflows.
