Senior Web3 Product Manager - Infrastructure

[Why This Role is Needed] The Web3 product team requires a set of infrastructure capabilities that can be reused across chains, assets, wallets, trading, and security scenarios. Without unified product standards, every business line will repeatedly build its own data models, asset logics, risk tags, and API layers. This role will productize complex on-chain and off-chain capabilities to support reuse across multiple business lines including wallets, trading, market data, and security. What You Will Do: Formulate the strategy and architecture for Web3 infrastructure products such as on-chain data, assets, transactions, wallets, APIs, tags, and security modules. Build standardized Token and NFT data systems, covering data structures, field specifications, version rules, multi-source token price fusion, and asset, transaction, and market data API output. Define wallet and transaction product logics, including cross-chain transaction structures, transaction semantic display, asset flows, signing pipelines, and interaction experiences. Plan address, contract, asset, risk, and behavioral tagging systems, accumulating capabilities such as smart money, risk addresses, snipers, suspicious wallets, and abnormal transaction patterns. Productize DApp, contract, address, authorization, blacklist, and risk URL security capabilities, and integrate third-party security capabilities. Drive standardized integration and middle-office capability delivery for ecosystems such as Solana, EVM, BTC, and Layer2. What You Must Have: Non-negotiables: You have delivered Web3, data platform, API, wallet, trading, or infrastructure products that are genuinely relied upon by multiple business lines. You understand on-chain assets, transaction behaviors, protocol mechanisms, wallet workflows, and risk scenarios, and can abstract reusable product logic. You can clearly define data fields, API behaviors, tagging rules, permission workflows, exception scenarios, version governance, and multi-chain differences. You can drive product, R&D, data, security, and operation teams to complete architectural tradeoffs, delivery progression, launch validation, and post-launch reviews. Bonus: You have experience with wallets, DEXs or trading products, risk control, security audits, on-chain analytics, or blockchain explorer products. You are familiar with EVM, Solana, Cosmos, Aptos, BTC, Layer2, or other mainstream chain ecosystems. You can assess trends in account abstraction, cross-chain infrastructure, Layer2, and on-chain security, translating them into actionable product directions. Originally posted on Himalayas
