Why This Role Is Needed: Securities trading products demand extreme attention to detail: any break in order logic, fees, trading hours, assets, margin trading, or risk warnings can lead to user confusion or online risk. This role will design a stable, clear, and user-friendly experience for US equities and related trading products, covering stocks, ETFs, options, market data, account assets, order management, risk control, and trading tools. You will synthesize market rules, user requirements, compliance constraints, and project delivery into a clear product roadmap. Over the next 12-24 months, you will deliver core trading modules that improve conversion, retention, trading efficiency, and user trust. What You Will Do: Plan and design trading product modules covering stocks, ETFs, options, margin trading, market data, account assets, order management, risk control, and trading tools. Translate market rules into product logic, including order types, trading sessions, matching behavior, fee structures, corporate actions, positions, assets, and exception workflows. Produce rigorous PRDs, interaction flows, prototypes, field logic, calculation formulas, risk control rules, backend configuration logic, and launch acceptance criteria. Optimize order placement, asset display, risk warnings, and post-trade review experiences for novice investors, active traders, and professional investors. Formulate product roadmaps and prioritization based on market research, competitor analysis, user feedback, and data performance to enhance trading efficiency and product competitiveness. Safely utilize AI tools to conduct competitor research, requirement analysis, PRD writing, prototype ideation, data analysis, and financial product opportunity discovery. What You Need to Bring: Non-negotiables: You have delivered production-grade financial trading products and have fully experienced research, design, launch, post-launch review, and continuous iteration. You understand US stock market trading logic, including equities, ETFs, options, margin trading, order types, positions, assets, fees, market data, risk control, and trading sessions. You can design complex trading scenarios clearly, including field definitions, calculation logic, exception handling, risk warnings, and backend configuration. You can drive R&D, design, QA, operations, compliance, risk management, customer support, and marketing teams to consensus while clearly articulating trade-offs. You can use AI tools within clear boundaries, understanding the importance of information security, data privacy, compliance restrictions, output validation, and secondary processing. Bonus: You can participate in meetings, email communications, requirements documentation, or competitor analysis writing in English. You are familiar with the Hong Kong stock market, cross-border investment, internet brokerage products, or financial qualification systems such as securities and funds. You have explored the practical application of AI in user education, smart customer support, investment research assistance, trading alerts, risk warnings, or operational efficiency.
