POSITION SUMMARY INFORMATION: DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS Job Summary: The Capture Director will lead the pursuit of Tier 1 GardaWorld Federal Services opportunities in our Federal practices, including our Response Logistics, Security, and Medical verticals. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Capture. Duties/Responsibilities: Some of your duties may include: Assign and manage capture activities and teams Lead major pursuits on Federal or State Capture efforts within our Response Logistics, Medical or Security verticals Design and execute opportunity and customer specific call plans Lead customer and opportunity specific marketing campaigns for important, assigned opportunities Manage B&P Budget for large scale pursuits Design capture plans Present Gate Reviews to Executive Leadership Team Meet with customers and present GWFS capabilities Coordinate the development on CONOPS Develop win themes, discriminators, proof points, and our overall win strategies per opportunity assigned.
