Your role in our mission Analyze and comply with contract litigation support directives, including planning, tracking, and coordinating litigation support tasks, developing responses to subpoenas and other legal requests, and providing written and oral testimony on behalf of the client. Maintain accessibility and knowledge of all client records, regardless of the source of the data, providing a comprehensive litigation support solution and a complete response for client review and approval. Consult with management and/or business organization management to develop and implement appropriate responses and resolutions for complex issues. Develop, document, and implement action plans and internal change management processes to foster successful partnerships
