Summary Gainwell Technologies is seeking an experienced Financial Cash Control Supervisor to support financial operations for California’s Medi-Cal program. In this role, you will lead the Financial Cash Control team responsible for processing and resolving financial requests from clients, healthcare providers, and members. The team supports accounts receivable (AR), Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), refunds, financial correspondence, and related financial transactions. You will oversee daily operations and employee performance, monitor service-level requirements, resolve complex financial issues, and partner with clients and internal teams to improve processes and ensure financial transactions are completed accurately and timely.
