Your missions: After a post-training period on our work tools, you will join the gaea21 Coaching Pole. Your mission will be: To support the career management of the organization's employees; Analyze CV and cover letter needs: Identification and implementation of skills development plans, skills analysis, needs assessment, execution of skills assessments, and support within the framework of professional project realization; Apply active job search techniques: Maintain vigilance on search techniques, advise on the entire process, assist with restructuring, creation, and writing of CVs or cover letters (classic, visual, or innovative), adapt the CV or cover letter to the target, and training.
