Legal Counsel (Compliance & ESG)

Your daily tasks will include: Conducting legal research to identify applicable legislation, outline our compliance requirements and support business decisions Ensuring that our compliance efforts adhere to all global, regulatory, and industry standards Collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as Operations, HR&ESG, Platform, Product, and Marketing to gather input and align any project implementation efforts with business needs Providing timely legal advice on international matters, helping understand, assess and manage legal risks across multiple jurisdictions Leading various compliance-related projects and supporting other teams to establish, review, and manage internal processes that need legal support Actively participating in calls with various internal stakeholders, as well as any clients, suppliers and others across time zones, to provide legal guidance and assist in partnership negotiations Overseeing our compliance-related document management systems and processes. Your qualifications: At least 3 years of legal experience, ideally a combination of in-house and law firm roles. Experience with the U.S. market or in an international business
