Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer. We are looking for you if: you have a minimum of 5 years of IT experience, including 3.5 years working on commercial Machine Learning projects; you are comfortable working with Python (at the Data Science and ML project level); you have experience in the field of NLP (including LLMs - API work, fine-tuning, pruning, quantization, knowledge distillation); you have experience with active AI service implementations from cloud providers; you deeply understand and are fluent in machine learning methods and libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost, Keras, statsmodels; you possess data exploration, data visualization, and data cleansing skills; you have experience working with clients and focus on understanding and fulfilling their business needs; you are proactive, ready to independently initiate actions and seek new solutions; you have participated in presales; you have at least intermediate English proficiency (B2+); experience in Computer Vision, ML optimization (predictive maintenance, recommendation), or knowledge management (RAG, LangChain, vector databases, etc.) is a plus.
