This is a leadership-first role: you will not be hired to personally produce the work, but to manage, coach, and hold accountable the team that does. Depending on your background, you may lead a team specializing in: Video Editing & Motion Graphics Graphic Design & Branding Email Campaigns Database Management Social Media Content & Scheduling Website Development & Maintenance Digital Marketing Campaigns Transaction Marketing​ While each department has its own tools and technical demands, every Team Lead at Fusion is measured the same way: on their ability to manage people, manage volume, and manage deadlines.
