Pipeline Manager

The Software Development Department Manager is responsible for managing software development and support operations within the pipeline team. They also work closely with supervisors and leads from various departments to ensure their needs and priorities are identified and communicated to the software development team. They must also organize the workflow while ensuring that the team's workload is appropriate. Management of Needs, Projects, and Priorities Establish project schedules, and clearly determine and communicate deadlines; Manage service ticket priorities and establish workflow priorities according to departmental needs; Process and System Improvement Analyze trends and identify complex or recurring issues. Escalate issues to supervisors; Review processes, identify alternative solutions, and recommend new approaches; Propose project or team management methods to the R&D Director that could benefit the various studios of the Fuse group; Communications Ensure clear and recurring communication with other departments and support managers at other Folks group locations; Handle communications with the entire Folks and Fuse group when necessary (with the support of the marketing team)...
