IT Manager / IT Team Lead

We are currently looking for an IT Team Lead to manage Folks' IT project management and ensure the proper handling of the support team's priorities. The person will organize the workflow while ensuring that the workload of the support and system administrator teams is adequate. Manage daily support team tasks and ticket priorities; Analyze trends and identify complex or recurring issues regarding processes and systems. Escalate issues to the supervisor; Review processes, identify alternative solutions, and recommend new approaches; Manage server and software maintenance, and communicate information to all users; Ensure that procedures and documentation are up to date; Propose project or team management methods to the IT Director that could benefit the various studios of the Fuse group; Ensure communications with the entire Folks group when necessary, and act as the contact point for the directors of
